Pancake Breakfast: October 10, 2026 - 8:00 to 11:00 am:
Every Spring & Fall, the Athens Classic City Lions Club invites you to join us for breakfast with hot pancakes, sausage and your choice of beverages. You can get tickets from members of the Athens Classic City Lions Club, by calling or texting Lion Angela at 706-340-9643, or you can pay at the door. All proceeds support our service projects and our partner organizations. Please see Pancake Breakfast flyer below.
Community Food Drive Coming in November & December, 2026:
Every year the Athens Classic City Lions collect non-perishable food items for the Athens Area Emergency Food Bank. We are hoping to expand our food collection this year by placing marked donation boxes around our Athens Community. We will post a list of donation box locations by early November. More inf coming soon! Please start saving non-perishable food, cleaning products, etc.
Meeting: Our meetings are held on Mondays (1st & 3rd). Please join us!
We meet twice monthly (first and third Mondays) at Cracker Barrel on Epps Bridge Road. Meeting location may change. We meet at 6 pm for food & fellowship and our meetings start at 6:30 pm. We try to have a special program at least once a month centering on service in our community.
